I have found in working with, treating and witnessing thousands of women\’s healthcare issues a common systemic imbalance within our bodies that can act to inhibit healing and wellness.

The therapies that you find here at A Lighter Touch all work to resolve that systemic imbalance and work in an integrative, non-invasive way to support and enhance additional health-restoritive therapies; both traditional and holistic.

Many of the women that I see in my practice  come to me after traditional medicine has failed them.

Other women find me while looking for non-chemical and/or non-surgical healthcare alternatives.
